We respect intellectual property and personal rights. If content on BagLog infringes your rights, you can ask us to remove it.

How to send a notice

Email contact@baglog.space with the subject "Takedown request" and include:

• Your full name, postal address, and email.
• A clear description of the work or right you claim is infringed.
• A link or screenshot identifying the content on BagLog.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review notices promptly. If a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers lose access to the App.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, reply to our removal email with a counter-notice including: identification of the content, your contact info, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Other reports

For harassment, scams, prohibited items, or safety concerns, use the in-app Report user feature in any chat. For urgent threats, contact your local emergency services.
